USAV membership
To participate in training sessions, team meetings, and competitions for the club season, all athletes, coaches, chaperones, and staff must hold a current USA Volleyball (USAV) membership through the Delta Region. Membership registration is managed through the SportsEngine Membership Management System.
IVBA is a member club of USA Volleyball through the Delta Region.
Household accounts
Parent or guardian holds the account
The parent or guardian must create and hold the Household Account in SportsEngine for any junior player. Specific waivers must be signed by the parent or guardian on behalf of the junior member, accessible through the Household Account.
Adding an athlete
The athlete is added to the Household Account during the membership purchase. Add her when prompted for whom the membership is for, if her name is not already listed.
Athletes who are 18
Athletes 17 or younger must be registered under their parent's Household Account. Athletes 18 or older must create their own SportsEngine account and may sign waivers themselves. When a player turns 18, she creates her own account and the 18U membership is transferred by contacting the Region Office. She must then complete SafeSport training and a background screen.
Get your membership in five steps

Create a SportsEngine account
- Visit sportsengine.com and click Sign In in the upper right corner.
- Enter your email address and click Next.
- Fill out the requested information. The primary account holder must be a parent or guardian, 18 or older, to sign electronic documents and purchase memberships.
- Verify your account using the activation link in your email.
- One family has one account managed by a parent or guardian. Athletes are added to the Household within that account.

Purchase a USAV membership
- Log in to your SportsEngine account.
- Navigate to the membership section.
- Select the appropriate membership type for the current season.
- Complete the registration by providing the necessary information and making the payment.

Access your digital membership card
- After registering, your digital membership card is available in your SportsEngine account.
- The card is proof of membership and may be required at events.

Complete required training
- Depending on your role (coach, chaperone), you may need to complete SafeSport training or a background check.
- These are completed through your SportsEngine account.

Join your club
- Once your membership is active, your club administrator can add you to the team roster.
- Keep your profile information up to date.
Accepting an invitation to the club directory
- Confirm that you, the parent or guardian, have a SportsEngine account.
- Look for an email titled "Invite: Join Infinity Volleyball Academy Site".
- Open the email, click Accept Invitation, then Get Started.
- When prompted, select "I am Player's Parent/Guardian" and click Next.
- Select "Add Player's Name as a new household member" and click Next to create the player's sub-profile. If her name is already listed, select it.
- Enter or confirm your player's information and click Accept Invitation.
Accepting your official USAV club assignment
Players can only accept an assignment from one club. If you receive multiple offers, do not click Accept Assignment unless it is the club you wish to play for. Accepting cannot be undone.
- Open the email "Accept Your Assignment from Infinity Volleyball Academy!"
- Click Accept Assignment.
- Confirm or enter your athlete's information and click Next.
- Confirm or enter your own (parent or guardian) information and click Next.
- Follow the prompts. If you have not yet purchased a membership from the Region, you will be asked to sign waivers and buy a membership. If you already have one, you will not need to enter it again.
